A former Green Apple Bride herself, Melanie is no stranger to planning a wedding! The Long Beach native celebrated her own love story when she married her junior high school sweetheart in San Juan Capistrano in 2012. Happily married four years, they recently expanded their family in November, welcoming their first child, a beautiful daughter, to join big sister Murphy Brown, their chocolate lab. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach, Melanie has successfully blended her education with her love of people! Before becoming an Associate Planner at Green Apple, Melanie worked in reality casting for seven years, managing a long list of shows that have most likely been on your DVR! 

Melanie's knack for style doesn't go unnoticed. Her mix of vintage and classic with traces of her Spanish heritage throughout her wedding caught the eye of Style Me Pretty, where her big day was featured. She's passionate, organized and brings her natural ability to stay calm while focusing on the details that make your event feel unique. With her new role at Green Apple Event Co., Melanie can't wait to share her love for event planning and attention to detail with you to create your special day!
